1. Service Categories
Our refund and cancellation policies vary based on the type of service:
- Consulting Services: Strategy sessions, audits, and advisory services
- Development Services: Website development, marketplace setup, and custom integrations
- Ongoing Services: Marketing campaigns, automation management, and support subscriptions
- Product Purchases: Software licenses, tools, and digital products
2. Consulting Services
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled consulting session with the following notice periods:
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 25% fee
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund; rescheduling subject to 50% fee
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a consulting session, you may request a refund within 7 days. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted as:
- Full refund if service was not delivered as described
- Partial refund if service quality did not meet agreed standards
- Credit toward future services as an alternative to cash refund
3. Development Services
Cancellation Policy
Development projects may be cancelled according to the following terms:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus any deposit (typically 25-30%)
- During initial phase (0-25% complete): Refund of 75% of remaining balance
- During development (25-75% complete): Refund of 50% of remaining balance
- Near completion (75%+ complete): No refund; client receives completed work
Refund Policy
Refunds for development services are based on work completed:
- You will be charged only for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any deposits are non-refundable but will be credited toward completed work
- If the project does not meet agreed specifications, we will revise at no additional cost or provide a partial refund
4. Ongoing Services
Cancellation Policy
Ongoing service subscriptions may be cancelled with the following terms:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; service continues until end of current billing period
- Quarterly subscriptions: 30 days notice required; prorated refund for unused time
- Annual subscriptions: 60 days notice required; prorated refund for unused time minus 15% administrative fee
Refund Policy
Refunds for ongoing services are calculated as follows:
- Prorated refund based on unused time in the billing period
- No refund for the current month if cancellation occurs after the 15th of the month
- Setup fees and onboarding costs are non-refundable
5. Product Purchases
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:
- Product does not function as described
- Technical issues prevent product use (and cannot be resolved within 14 days)
- Duplicate purchase made in error
Software Licenses
Software license refunds are subject to the following terms:
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if license has not been activated
- After activation: No refund, but may exchange for different license tier
- Subscription licenses: Follow ongoing services cancellation policy

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund approval decision: within 5-7 business days
- Refund processing: within 10 business days of approval
- Credit to original payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Initial consultation fees and deposits
- Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting, advertising spend, marketplace fees)
- Custom research or data scraping services (once delivered)
- Completed work or deliverables that meet agreed specifications
- Services consumed or used (e.g., completed marketing campaigns)
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Existing service agreements will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
